It seems the damage has been done with the Payload server. After a month and a half of lag issues, and, at times, days on end of having an unplayable server, we no longer have the random people joining our server to make it full. Heck, we don't even the regulars playing on our server anymore. Wait, who am I kidding?! Our own CLAN members don't play on our servers! Every day I come home and see SWG people playing on Lotus or iO payload servers. What's the excuse? Well no one's on the SWG server.... WELL DUH! THAT'S THE PROBLEM!

So here's the really magical part... If you join, they will come. Sometimes I ask people to come play. Sometimes. Most of the time, I just join. And as soon as I join, others join. And sure you might have to play a map with only 6v6, but it quickly fills up after that.

It's just discouraging to see our people playing somewhere else.

I have to agree. I have joined an empty to nearly empty SWG server and after about an hour, there is a good amount of people there. I try to invite people but SOME people are too busy playing L4D to come help repopulate our server. The server does unfortunately just die off permanently at around 10 pm pacific. I try to stay around when the population drops hoping for it to fill back up but once people start leaving, everybody leaves and nobody replaces them.

I often see people on other PL servers too. Its disappointing.

I notice a significant number of our members are into L4D Hopefully that fervor dies as that game becomes repetitive very quickly. But we shall see.

Several times in the past week Shadoe and I have logged in after having dinner.The server is completely empty at7pm est. We just shoot at each other until a couple more join and usually within 25 minutes the server is full.The only annoying thing about rebuilding the server pop is the constant "Hey Pyre, its prime playing time, where is everyone"? I just tell em everyone has to eat sometime. LOL

I only play on SWG and actually get sad when no one is on cause then I can't play. and Agh! Mr. Dildo asks where everyone is like every 5 minutes. Even then I can't understand what he's saying.
