Playing a little earlier in the 24/7 Payload, someone named "PresidentBush" STEAM_0:1:2316886 began building teleporter exits on the fourth point sniper tower of badwater while on defense and would put the entrance by his dispenser on the front lines hoping people would accidentally step on them and force them to walk all the way back to the front. Similarly on attack he would build the exit at spawn, wait for people to push the cart to the third point and then build the entrance at the new spawn, making people walk all the way back to the front again. I'm not sure if this sort of thing is against the rules but I've seen people kicked or banned before for similar crap.

Amusingly, despite half our team being pissed off by this guy backtracking everyone, we still ended up winning both rounds
